     1) Our inspection processes are comprehensive. All of our testing services include a 100% inspection to international standards for coplanarity, dimension, visual (marking, date code confirmation, damage, flux residue, solder wicking and oxidation, carbon deposits, etc.) and lead integrity. We perform random sample Decapsulation, X-Ray, and solderability tests to verify the condition and authen-ticity of the dev ices.

   2)White Horse’ testing services range from OEM production-level 100% parametric testing to custom platforms for specific device families. With every inquiry, we will confirm the level of testing available – without the lead-times and costs you’re familiar with for testing services. Our Authenticity Inspection (AI) is a continuity test with the full inspection service. Our Functional Test (FT) utilizes design-level custom platforms to test the application performance of the device. Our Full Functional Test (FFT) is the most thorough test available – a 100% parametric to the ranges specified on the device datasheet
